Overview

The co-op and Klaviyo integration allows shops to earn additional revenue by upselling their own products via email and cross-sell partner shops' products to earn more credits for more distribution across the co-op network.

Getting Started

To use the co-op Klaviyo integration, go to the Emails section of the co-op platform and click Configure your email settings.

Setup Instructions

  1. Click on Klaviyo and enter your API keys, which you can find here. Or, after logging into Klaviyo, go to Account > Settings > API Keys. You can create a new private key from the Klaviyo API Keys settings page, as well.

  1. Copy the displayed code block and click here to go to your Klaviyo templates. Select the first template where you'd like to add the co-op carousel.
  2. Drag in a Text block and click Source. Erase the default text and paste the code from co-op commerce. Be sure to Save!

  1. To save the co-op block to add to more templates, hover over the block and click the following ★.

  1. You can now drag your saved block into any template!
